Catering Deposit, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit & Cancellations
Events cancelled with at least 90 calendar days' notice before the event date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Within 90 days of the event, deposits are non-refundable as ingredients, staff, and truck scheduling are committed.

Weather & Rescheduling
Our marquee and mobile setups operate rain or shine (including indoor/covered options). In the event of severe weather warnings, bookings can be rescheduled to a new date within 6 months at no extra fee.

Guest Count Adjustments
Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are confirmed prior to your event.
