Quick answers about booking our mobile pizza truck or 2m × 2m marquee setup in Melbourne.
1. How many pizza flavours are included?
Standard packages ($36pp+) include 12 Neapolitan pizza flavours plus Nutella Pizza Dessert for 2 hours of unlimited service. Our Pizza Deluxe Package ($42pp) includes 15 flavours (adding Prosciutto, DOP Buffalo Mozzarella, and Mortadella).
2. Do you cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and halal guests?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan pizzas are included free. Gluten-free bases are +$6 per base (charged only per GF base ordered). We also cater for halal and allergy requests—just note them on your booking form.
3. How much space do you need, and when do you arrive?
- Mobile Pizza Truck: Needs 1.5m wide × 2.10m high × 3.5m long (driveways, yards, venues).
- Marquee Setup: Needs 2.0m × 2.0m (fits through standard doors, narrow side gates, and lifts).
No power or water needed. We arrive 45–60 minutes before service and cook live for 2 hours.
4. Is waiter service included?
Yes, free waiter service is included with every booking—choose either a continuous Roaming Buffet Station or Seated Table Service.
5. Do you supply plates and napkins?
Yes. Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils are included, and we clean up our work area before leaving.
6. What is the minimum spend?
Our minimum food spend is $1,500 across Melbourne. Smaller groups can reach the minimum by choosing a higher package or adding antipasto, arancini, or cannoli.
7. What happens if it rains?
We cater rain or shine under our truck umbrella, 2m × 2m waterproof marquee, or inside any garage, patio, or ventilated indoor area. If severe weather prevents safe outdoor cooking and no indoor backup exists, you can reschedule within 6 months.
8. When are final guest numbers due?
Final guest numbers, dietary needs, and package choices are due 7 days before your event.
9. What if extra guests turn up on the day?
Because our dough ferments for 48 hours, confirmed numbers cannot be reduced on the day. If extra guests attend, we always bring extra dough and can charge per additional head on the day.
10. What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A deposit secures your date. Deposits are refundable only if cancelled in writing more than 90 days before the event. Within 90 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date or person.
